Sponsor a Tournament

GTP offers many tournaments throughout the year. If you would like to sponsor a tournament, we’ve got one for you! From the Columbia Forest Products North Carolina State Championships, to the Honda Jet Junior NC Junior Championships, to adult NTRP tournaments and junior tournaments, we have many ways to support the tennis community and the Greensboro Tennis Foundation.

Our biggest tournament each year is the Columbia Forest Products’ NC State Closed Tournament. It is the most prestigious tournament held in NC each year and has been held in Greensboro for the last 80 years. Over 100 players and 1,000 spectators attend the week-long event. The Honda Jet NC Junior Championships is the biggest junior tournament hosted by GTP. It is a NC State Level 1/ Southern Level 2 junior tournament that brings some of the best talent from the south to Greensboro.

Another big junior tournament we have is the March Madness tournament. It is a NC level 2/Southern Level 3 tournament with outstanding juniors and high level tennis. We are currently looking for a $2,500 sponsor for this tournament and would love to hear from you! Sponsorship benefits would include a banner displayed throughout the tournament, your company name on the tournament t-shirt, your company name on all tournament website and e-mail correspondence. With over 35 junior tournaments and an adult tournament virtually every month, there are many opportunities for sponsorship.
